IMDC, Inc. Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard and achieved certification on March 25, 2005 by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. (PJR).  This certification demands a set of requirements which have become synonymous with quality business processes and continuing improvement practices for QMS.

What is ISO 9001:2008?

It is an international model for QMS.  The QMS is designed around common business practices which are influenced by the size and structure of IMDC, Inc.  The QMS processes are employed to meet customers’ requirements.  The standard provides guidelines for developing, implementing and improving a QMS to enhance customer satisfaction and to consistently deliver quality products and services.

What does ISO 9001:2008 certification mean to our customers and employees?

It serves as an assurance to IMDC, Inc. customers and its employees that the business policies and procedures utilized are not only well documented but also conform to the highest standards of quality upheld by some of the world’s largest and most highly regarded service companies.  As we strive for “continual improvement”, we will focus on enables such as leadership, communication, resources, people and most importantly our processes.  This provides benefits for both our customers and IMDC, Inc. related to cost, productivity, delivery, responsiveness, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

How can you be assured IMDC Inc. maintains these standards?

IMDC, Inc. conducts quarterly internal audits and semi-annual audits by PJR.  This ensures the continued conformity of our QMS standards.  What is more important is these audits ensure IMDC, Inc. processes continually improve.  As part of our process, we utilize a customer Quality Performance Survey to receive feedback from our most important resource, our customer.  This creates a win-win situation for both our customer and IMDC, Inc.
